1) This $50 Rebate offer is available ONLY to bona fide purchasers (Referring Customer) of the Scooteroo.

2) Only ONE $50 Rebate is offered to any and only one Referring Customer PER new bona fide purchase of the Scooteroo.

3) There is NO limit to the number of $50 Rebates available to one Referring Customer who provides a new and successive referral (via $50 REBATE REFERRAL FORM), and then bone fide purchase, of a Scooteroo by a New Customer.

4) The Referring Customer MUST submit a $50 REBATE REFERRAL FORM via this, The Scooteroo Company website, and include the NAME and EMAIL address of the New Customer BEFORE the New Customer purchase of a Scooteroo.

5) The New Customer MUST include the NAME and EMAIL address of the Referring Customer (MUST be the SAME name and email address on the original Purchase Order of the Referring Customer) on the Scooteroo Purchase Order Form.

6) The $50 Rebate will be refunded to the mode of payment as the original purchase by the Referring Customer no less than 30 days from the date of purchase by the New Customer.
